Lead Occupational Therapist
Hayley is Flourish Health's lead occupational therapist. She supports clinical quality across the practice and helps the team provide thoughtful, consistent care grounded in each person's everyday life.
Senior Occupational Therapist
Bonnie provides occupational therapy in homes and communities across Melbourne. She works with participants and the people around them to understand everyday routines, identify barriers and develop practical recommendations.
Occupational Therapist
Angela provides occupational therapy at home, in the community and via telehealth. She works with participants to develop practical strategies around their routines, priorities and environment.
Speech Pathologist
Iris supports children and adults with communication at home, in the community and via telehealth. She works alongside families, educators and supporters so strategies can be understood and used outside the session.
Practice Coordinator
Cassidy is often the first person you'll speak to at Flourish Health. She supports enquiries, referrals and scheduling, and keeps communication moving between families, referrers and clinicians.
Managing Director
David oversees Flourish Health's operations, systems and partnerships. His role is to keep the practice organised, responsive and straightforward for participants, referrers and clinicians to work with.
