Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need NDIS experience?

No. We welcome therapists at all career stages, including new graduates. We provide onboarding and mentoring to help you get confident with NDIS processes, report writing, and plan utilisation.

What does a typical day look like?

You will generally see 4-5 clients per day, travelling between home visits across your local area. Sessions are typically 1 hour. Between visits you have time for notes, reports, and planning. No two days are the same, which is what our therapists love about it.

What areas of Melbourne will I cover?

We match clients to therapists by location, so you work close to where you live. We cover south-eastern, eastern, northern, and western Melbourne metro including Wyndham and surrounding areas.

Is there support for new graduates?

Yes. New graduates receive structured onboarding, weekly supervision with a senior OT, access to report templates and clinical resources, and a gradual caseload build-up. You are never expected to figure things out alone.

What technology and tools do you provide?

We provide a laptop, phone, clinical software access, and standardised report templates. You also receive mileage reimbursement for travel between client visits.

How do I apply?

Send your CV and a brief cover letter to admin@flourishhealth.com.au or call us on (03) 7043 7778 for an informal chat. We respond within 48 hours.
