About the role
We are looking for occupational therapists to join our growing team delivering in-home therapy across Melbourne. You will work with NDIS participants, privately funded clients, and Home Care Package recipients to build independence, safety, and quality of life.
This is community-based work. You visit clients in their homes, schools, workplaces, and community settings. There is no clinic. You manage your own schedule with admin support behind you.

What you'll do
- Deliver in-home occupational therapy sessions across Melbourne metro
- Conduct functional capacity assessments for NDIS plan reviews and access requests
- Prescribe and trial assistive technology and equipment
- Assess homes for modifications to improve safety and accessibility
- Write clinical reports, progress notes, and NDIS-related documentation
- Collaborate with support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals
- Provide telehealth sessions for participants across Victoria
- Contribute to a supportive, person-centred team culture
What we're looking for
Essential
- Degree in occupational therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Nice to have
- Experience with NDIS participants
- Experience in FCAs or home modifications
- Paediatric or adult neuro experience
- Interest in assistive technology
- Telehealth delivery experience
