Do I need a referral to access occupational therapy or speech pathology?
No. You can contact Flourish Health directly - no GP referral is needed. However, if you're accessing services through the NDIS or a Home Care Package, your plan manager or support coordinator may need to approve the referral.

How do I make a referral to Flourish Health?
You can submit a referral online, call us on (03) 7043 7778, or email admin@flourishhealth.com.au. Referrals can come from you, a family member, support coordinator, GP, or other health professional.

What areas of Melbourne do you service?
We provide in-home occupational therapy and speech pathology across Melbourne metro, including south-eastern, eastern, northern, and western suburbs (including Werribee and the Wyndham area). For those outside Melbourne metro, we offer telehealth sessions across all of Victoria.

What funding options do you support?
Services can be funded through NDIS plan-managed or self-managed funding, Home Care Packages, or private payment. We confirm funding arrangements before services begin.

Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are an NDIS-aligned provider, which means we follow NDIS quality and safeguarding expectations. For more details, visit our NDIS participant information page.

What happens after I make a referral?
Once we receive your referral, our team will review it and contact you within 1-2 business days. We'll discuss your goals, confirm funding arrangements, and schedule your first session. See our referral page for more details on the process.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We offer telehealth occupational therapy and speech pathology via secure video call for participants across Victoria. Telehealth is available for therapy sessions, reviews, and consultations.
