Do I need a referral to access occupational therapy or speech pathology?
No. You can contact Flourish Health directly - no GP referral is needed. However, if you're accessing services through the NDIS or a Home Care Package, your plan manager or support coordinator may need to approve the referral.

How do I make a referral to Flourish Health?
You can submit a referral online, call us on (03) 7043 7778, or email admin@flourishhealth.com.au. Referrals can come from you, a family member, support coordinator, GP, or other health professional.

What areas of Melbourne do you service?
We provide in-home occupational therapy and speech pathology across Melbourne metro, including south-eastern, eastern, northern, and western suburbs (including Werribee and the Wyndham area). For those outside Melbourne metro, we offer telehealth sessions across all of Victoria.

How much do your services cost?
Our occupational therapy rates align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits at $193.99/hr. Speech pathology rates are comparable. We provide a clear quote before your first session. Services can be funded through NDIS (plan-managed or self-managed), Home Care Packages, or private pay.

Do you work with NDIS participants?
Yes. We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are an NDIS-aligned provider, which means we follow NDIS quality standards and pricing. For more details, visit our NDIS occupational therapy page.

What happens after I make a referral?
Once we receive your referral, our team will review it and contact you within 1–2 business days. We'll discuss your goals, confirm funding arrangements, and match you with the right therapist. From there, we'll schedule your first session at a time and place that suits you.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We offer telehealth occupational therapy and speech pathology via secure video call for participants across Victoria. Telehealth is available for therapy sessions, reviews, and consultations.
