Flourish Health Australia
Flourish Health is a Melbourne-based, NDIS-registered occupational therapy service founded by Hayley O., an AHPRA-registered OT with more than a decade of community practice. We exist to close the gap between clinical recommendations and real-world results: delivering evidence-based Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive-technology prescriptions, and home-modification reports that win timely NDIA approvals.
Our ethos is simple—listen first, co-design always, advocate relentlessly. Whether we’re fitting a kitchen aid, drafting a report, or coaching support coordinators, every interaction aims to boost independence, reduce caregiver strain, and help people do the everyday occupations that give life meaning.
Mobile across Melbourne’s east and available via telehealth, we pair compassionate care with tech-savvy workflows so clients get answers sooner and spend less time waiting, more time thriving.
