How much does an FCA cost?

We bill at the NDIS OT rate of $193.99/hour. A typical assessment + report package is 8–10 hours depending on complexity.

Is travel charged?

Travel is capped at 30 minutes each way within Melbourne’s eastern suburbs (Burwood to Dandenong corridor). Outside this zone we charge additional travel in line with NDIS guidelines.

What do I need to prepare?

Just your most recent NDIS plan, any previous OT or allied-health reports, and a list of day-to-day challenges you’d like solved.

Will your report include Assistive Technology quotes?

Yes. If equipment is recommended, we source supplier quotes and embed them in the submission — saving you time and extra appointments.

How quickly can you start?

We can usually schedule the on-site assessment within 7–10 days of referral acceptance.
