Psychologists - Appointments

Psychologist and OsteopathConfidential individual and couples therapy are offered on a sessional basis.

No referral is needed and many clients are referred by the their GPs. Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan.

Assessment, treatment plans and treatment for people with Workcover and CTP claims are provided. We are also contracted as an EAP provider.

Hours

For your convenience Flourish Clinic is open Business Hours - 5 days per week.  Sessions are available by appointment only.

Transport and Parking

We offer private off street parking for our clients at the clinic and there is plenty of unlimited parking in the street. Centrally located, the clinic is a few minutes stroll from Richmond train and bus station, shops, cafés and parks.

Health Insurance Rebates

If you are a member of a Private Health Insurance Fund that covers psychological services you will receive a rebate. It is best to check with your health fund provider to determine how much the rebate will be. We offer immediate rebates through HICAPS.

Medicare

Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, psychiatrist or paediatrician. We are also registered with Medicare to provide Enhanced Primary Care Plan services. Payment Options and Fees

You can choose to pay by cash, EFTPOS, mastercard, visa, or cheque. Payment is due at time of appointment and we have HICAPS for health fund rebates.

The self payment fee for a standard 55 minute consultation is currently $135 (the current APS recommended fee for a standard consultation is $200).

GST - Clinical services provided are GST free.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours and request that you let is know within 24 hours of your appointment time if you need to change an appointment. This allows us time to re-organise that day's appointments and offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting. The full session fee is charged if you do not give us this opportunity.
